Ebay... and the internals are shite.
COOOOL MAN!!
You have so many cool parts. I think a set of vertebrae gear housing would go awesome on that bike too! |
Oh that bar has a sweet, shallow bend... I wish bars with that shape were more common.
Interesting. Have you found any corrosion problems with these nokons?
Nice, but the alligator ilinks are not in focus...
Have you seen "vertebrae ceramic cables"? They are better than i-links and nokon. :-)
That's a kamikaze bike you got right there.
Those codes look chunky... how do you find the replacement levers? |
Yikes!
Did you just cut a groove in that piece of wood with those or what? They look sharp!!!!! |
Looks like a cross between a ninja star and a tungsten carbide-tipped circular saw blade!
PERFECT looking welds you got there.
What is that, a steel frame? Awesome. |
Whooah that's a nice bike!!
I love the rail concept! Does it ride as well as it looks? |
Funny - They look different to the i-links I have seen before. What's the deal there?
Damn that is probably the coolest front end of any MTB I have ever seen.
I'm envious. |
Oh yeeeah!
Nice rotors... they also have some 10" rotors, don't they?! |
How do you find the shifting of the rear derailleur with powercordz?
Nice! How do you find the shifting of nokon carbon?
Damn that's a very nice looking bike!
I love the blue/black theme... |
Wow, I didn't know they did orange! It looks pretty cool I guess.
Nice, but I've heard that those nokon carbon bits are no good for brakes...
Have you heard about my vertebrae ceramic housing? That stuff is for real. |
Whoah! Those cable housings look like a venomous snake or something?!
If you want some similar (albeit more expensive) cable housing that doesn't rub your frame, google the words "vertebrae ceramic". ;-)
I bought mine because it wasn't too expensive, Mountain Cycle have a long heritage and their frames look very distinctive... I also wasn't ready for a frame with too many linkages...
Yes, I have not had any problems whatsoever with the Hussefelt cranks. They're good value for money & the double row bearings are HUGE.
I have the same bike too...
Man you musy have been riding hard! |
Yeah baby! Awesome!!
A decade ago, I never liked mountain cycle but times change and so do people to... now I own one! |
Looks very much like an Ibis Mojo carbon... I like it, but the 3rd smallest hole doesn't leave much support for the seatpost though...
It is prohibited to ride in Mt. Teide nationional park. It is now a World Heritage site. Have a look at www.Tenerife-Training.net for more info about riding in Tenerife, Canary Islands...
How did you get rid of all the tourists that normally congregate there?
I believe this is the SL version with hollowed out linkages & titanium hardware!

I'm SURE they are safer than the original plastic jobbies though... they'd already cracked where they mount to the bar...
